Is it safe to connect my email?

Riar gets read-only access, so it can never send, delete or move anything in your inbox. It only looks for bills, renewals and appointments, and ignores everything else. Disconnect whenever you like and its access is removed straight away. Would rather not connect at all? Forward the emails you care about instead.

Do I need an email address?

Only to join this waitlist, because that's how we send your invite. In the app itself you can sign up with your phone number, or with Apple, Google or Microsoft, and you never have to connect an email account if you'd rather not.

Nothing during the beta. After launch, most of Riar stays free. There will be Plus and Household plans for a few euro a month if you want more, and Riar never makes money from your data or from the sites it points you to.

The first 100 people get the beta first. Everyone else on the list hears from us next, by email.

Every account comes with a private Riar email address. Forward a bill or renewal to it from Yahoo, iCloud, Proton or anywhere else, and Riar picks it up. Nothing to connect, no password shared.

Take a picture or a screenshot.

Photograph a letter, a bin calendar or an appointment card, or share a screenshot of a text. Riar reads the date, the amount and who it's from.

Say it or type it.

"Mortgage on the 1st every month." Riar works out the date and only asks if something's missing.

Anything Riar isn't sure about, it asks.

Nothing is added until you confirm it. Each one shows where it came from, a photo or an email, and Riar asks for anything it couldn't find.

One calm list.

Tonight, this week and later. Only what needs doing tonight stands out, and renewals come with time to compare.

A reminder in time to act.

Done, Snooze 1 hour or Tomorrow, right from the notification. Health reminders show only the type on the lock screen, so nobody else sees the details.
